And I'll talk a little bit about what we experienced at University of Illinois. One of the projects that I'm very involved in is a HRSA grant funded under the advancement of education workforce or a new funding mechanism. And a key element of that project was to integrate more telehealth into our family and psychiatric nurse practitioner programs. And I had to look back at my calendar in preparing for this conversation today because it was March 11, 2020 that we had this rather fortuitous telehealth seminar for our FNP and psych NP students.

Professional Licensure Requirements
Implementation Handbook for Institutional Compliance with the Federal Regulations (Second Edition)1. Collaboration between process and content experts is necessary for a successful compliance initiative, especially as it relates to professional licensure requirements. It is common for the compliance professional to function as the leader of the compliance project management team, with the team composed of other subject matter experts at the institution. As the rules continue to expand the scope of com- pliance and affect more departments at the institution, it may be prudent to create a Title IV Team that is dedicated to managing and accomplishing the collaborative tasks that are needed to achieve compliance.

We have also collaborated with the West Virginia chapter of the International Nurses Society on Addictions and they are great. They offer a lot of education and they're doing a lot in West Virginia right now. Also next week, we start the Nurse Health Program Coach Project. And what that is, is we want to educate nurses in West Virginia, as many as we can. Right now, we have funding for 70 over the next year. And a nurse health coach basically is a coach who is trained to speak with this nurse, provide resources and a connection with, well, with the resources so they don't become the nurse that diverts the drugs.

Studdert presented with respect to true strategies of data analysis in order to implement some regulations at a risk-based, evidence-based strategy. - Great. Thank you very much, Caroline. Maryann. - It doesn't turn on. - [Maryann] I guess it's already on. Well, NCSBN actually has done some research in this area. For over 10 years we've had a project where boards have entered discipline cases into a large database that we've had, and we've been able to analyze those cases and identify potentially who is at risk. And we got very comparable results, as you spoke about Dr. Studdert, in terms of who, in terms of education, gender, we found that if a nurse has been disciplined or terminated by an employer or has had previous discipline by a board of nursing, their risk escalates.
