And I think that...anyway, I accept it in behalf of the organization because it's the organization that has done the work. I'm a co-founder of the organization, the other co-founder is Becky LeBuhn, who serves as the chair of the board. And the two of us had much to do by developing the PREP program and I want to take my short amount of time, I think that might be the reason that we received this award.

Another thing to consider for those that would want a more in-depth look and feel of the REx-PN exam would be to use the practice exam. So that's a little bit of information about passing, and then I'll hand it back to you. - Thank you, Aly. Hong, is there anything you'd like to add? - [Hong] Thank you, Jason. Yes. For understanding passing and fail, I will recommend one video saying "REx-PN Using CAT," which is on our website. It's about five minutes video. I recommend that. You can play this video to your students so they can better understand which means pass, which means fail. Another thing I want to mention is, if a student fail exam, they will receive CPR, Candidate Performance Report.

So, we sit down at our first meeting and I shared just a little bit of ideas about what we were looking with the rules and acts, and they said, we got to elect a chair. Oh, my gosh. Well, here I am, you're stuck with me. I had no idea what it would lead to me being in front of you. But there was a couple things that I thought, okay, I'm in discipline, I've been doing it for eight years.

How about this? Did you look at all at differences in stress or burnout based on age? - I believe we did. I don't believe we covered it in this presentation, but I believe once faculty hit retirement age, the levels of stress and burnout appeared to come down significantly. The folks in the middle age, so probably, I believe, around 35 to, I want to say under 55, appeared to experience a great deal of stress and burnout.
