They need a structured orientation, they need a mentor, and they need some skills and some instruction so they know what a good educator is. And this slide is, we never have to study this again. If you want to be a good clinical educator or actually a classroom faculty, you need to have knowledge, clinical expertise, skill in teaching. You need to be able to establish relationships with students and staff.
