    ORBS Back Office Quick Reference Guide reCaptcha This is a quick reference guide (QRG) on the reCaptcha feature. reCaptcha The current Captcha presents an image containing a five digit number and the user must enter that number before executing a search. This can be cumbersome for the user because they must do this extra step for every search. In addition, the effectiveness of this type of verification has been waning over the past few years. With this release, ORBS has updated its public Portals (Nurse Portal, Complaint Portal, License Verification Portla) to utilize Google’s reCAPTCHA as an increased security measure which is easy on humans and harder on the bots.

    Audit work on the NCSBN 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan, and the review of NCSBN procedures for handling ICNLCA funds had not been completed and remained in progress. The Committee reviewed the audited financial statement reports. The committee met with the auditors in executive session. Recommendations for Consideration: The Finance Committee recommended that the Board accept the audited financial statement reports for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023.
