The NCLEX Test Plan guides the development of the NCLEX items and links nursing activities outlined in the practice analysis to specific NCLEX exam content. To review the NCLEX Practice Analysis and Test Plans, please visit the links above or visit the NCLEX section of the ncsbn.org website. The test plans can be found under the Test Plan tab. We then identified states in each of our physician oversight categories. And finally, we picked one state in which a relatively high percentage of NPs had waivers and a state in which a relatively low percentage had waivers.
