Streamline the recruitment of nurses by practice partners is another advantage to academic practice partnerships. And we can help to better educate employers based on these relationships that we've built. And I'd like to just say at the end that this, as I said, the study provided funding to the American Institute for Research to conduct this study, and I acknowledge AIR's work in preparing this report, and I thank them for their collaboration with AACN. Thank you.

We don't have other questions, but I know that you handled working at home with your staff really well. Do you want to share any tips or pointers that you implemented that might help out other boards in the future? - Yeah. Well, I wished I was like Pam's board in Delaware and had an online licensing system, we don't.

Will, do you expect that NCSBN will conduct any research or participate in any research that will essentially show us whether the next generation of NCLEX really is producing graduates and new nurses with better clinical judgment skills? For instance, will we be studying error rates and things like that, not just on the exam but in actual practice? - Yeah. So now, I definitely want to clarify some things. I don't think that the NCLEX exam produces anything. But I think it is a measurement of particular skills and it's sufficient skills, right? It's the skills that are minimally sufficient to practice safely in the field.

I am currently serving as the Wyoming APRN representative for the Wyoming State Board of Nursing. I also work as the dual family and emergency nurse practitioner program coordinator at the University of South Alabama. And I serve clinically as the chief of the medical staff at Crook County Medical Services District in Sundance, Wyoming.

But most importantly, I want to thank all of you, both our members and our partners that come up with really good questions. Because questions are really important to help challenge our current thinking and ideas. I always remember the words of Albert Einstein, who said, "There's nothing wrong with being unsure.Clever people ask the most questions, and determined people find the answers."
