Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were calculated for frequency, importance and clinical judgment ratings for the each of the six survey forms. The forms had an average total reliability index of 0.92 for importance, 0.90 for frequency ratings, and 0.91 for clinical judgment, which was quite good. These high reliability indices indicate the survey is reliably measuring the nursing activities necessary for competent LPN/VN practice.
