"How did you ensure that all staff bought into the agency's pandemic response?" My apologies. - That's a great question. One of the things that we did, and I think I mentioned that in the presentation, is we requested their input on the front end. Doing the surveys, I think, actually really helped us with their buy-in. We did post and pre-surveys on the app outgoing and coming back in. And I think when they saw us implementing some of their decisions and addressing a lot of their concerns, that's when the buy-ins started happening. So I think doing those posts and pre-surveys and them actually seeing some of the results from their requests was a part of the buy-in. - Thank you.

But with the case studies, there's always that information on the left-hand side, as when you were looking at both the standalones and the case studies, that looks like that medical record or that client chart. That will always be there, that never leaves. Whatever information is out there that's presented on the first item will still be present on the very last item if it's in an unfolding case study.

So, I lean on subject matter experts to help me with things that are outside my area of expertise. I'm really good at interviewing, I'm really good at collecting information, I'm really good at, you know, kind of figuring out, peeling back that onion, right? But when we get to standard of care, when we get to nursing education, when we get to nuances in licensing, I'm making sure that I know who those subject matter experts are and the best way to get that information. Med Spa will get there pretty soon. That's another one, right?

I've always said that they have had a safety net their entire time in nursing school. They have faculty members. They have nursing preceptors in the hospitals and in the clinical areas where they are. They have experts all throughout the hospital that can be there for them. When they transition and if they don't have a transition to practice program at the institutions, and our larger institutions have those, although they lost them during COVID, I mean, you just couldn't support all of that, they're coming back.
