Send NCSBN a list of all the programs in the jurisdiction so that NCSBN will know which programs need to submit a survey. 4. NCSBN designs the survey for the NRB, though the NRB will review it before it is sent. 5. The NRB will then send the survey out, along with the PDF for the programs to use when collecting data. 6. During data collection, NCSBN will periodically send the NRB a notice about which programs have submitted their surveys. The NRB may want to remind programs that are close to or past the deadline. When are these sent out? 1. Those using the academic year send them out Sept. 1st.

Nurses have regularly featured in the media and have been proactive in bringing solutions to local, state, and national government. There has been for a long time overwhelming evidence that nurses need to be enabled to work to their full scope of practice. Regulators and professional associations have brought this evidence to the attention of government as a solution to increase capacity and access to needed quality services.

If it is entirely below, you fail. This graphical representation shows a minimum length exam stopping at item 60. The computer concludes that the candidate failed the exam because the confidence interval is entirely below the passing standard. This is a different scenario. When your exam reaches the minimum length of 60 operational items, the computer begins to evaluate whether you can pass. At this point, the confidence interval still straddles the passing standard, preventing the computer from making a pass/fail decision.
