- Well, I guess I can't really answer that question, because that's something that would have to be negotiated. However, I think we need to remember that the NCLEX is an exam of nursing knowledge. It's not an exam of jurisdictional differences. And I think this has been shown when the NCLEX has been implemented in Canada, and, again, when it was implemented in Australia.

DEA and HHS last examined the issue of whether to reschedule marijuana i n 2016, when DEA denied two petitions to reschedule marijuana. At the time, HHS concurred that marijuana should remain a schedule I. HHS found that: (1) marijuana had a high potential for abuse; (2) it did not have a CAMU; and (3) there was a lack of accepted safety for use of marijuana under medical supervision. Since 1996, 38 states, D.C., and 4 Territories have legalized the use of medical marijuana.
