I have worked at the Board of Nursing since 2010 as the director of education in practice. In 2020, I was selected as the CEO by the board following our previous CEO and national council president, Julie George. A change in leadership during a pandemic is certainly not ideal, but our board's many strengths has supported us during this transition.
