Shannon McKinney Area III Member, Arkansas 2025-2027 Shannon McKinney is the Assistant Director for Advanced Practice at the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. She is a graduate of the 2024 ICRS Advanced Leadership Institute and has served on the Arkansas Maternal Mortality Review Committee as well as within hospital leadership and management positions.
