    For renewals, it's virtually nothing. That's a much different message than letting people jump to their own conclusions about, oh, the board has red tape and bureaucracy and all of these things. And so sticking with the data, always pairing it with a story when you can, is really compelling. And so there's another tab here that we're still working on building out around education. That's our next focus for data. So looking particularly at that customer experience and breaking down our processes to see where are our bottlenecks.

The eNLC is also cost-effective, since an organization may share the expenditure of multiple licenses nurses can incur by crossing state lines. It also removes multiple and duplicate regulatory requirements, cutting down costs for nurses.
