She then went on to pursue a career in Nursing, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Rush University in 1996, and a Master of Science in Nursing in 1999. Her work has been published in numerous medical and nursing journals. She is survived by her husband and two children. Specifically in phase 2, we wanted to understand how telehealth companies coordinate care across international borders, and in doing so, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. And second, and really at the forefront of our minds was how they safeguard public health and public protection, particularly regarding medical errors and practice violations. So in other words, what are the regulatory requirements nurses working for these companies had to meet for employment? To address these aims, as I mentioned, we conducted this multi-phase mixed methods observational study.

This has been going on for quite some time. But when COVID came around, if anybody remembers that, right, that technology really started getting used more and more often in the area of high-stakes assessment. Not so much in our space, but definitely in medical boards and other areas where security was key. So facial mapping and scan, I'll show you in a little bit about how that might possibly work. And so, you don't have to have faculty trained in using mannequins. And the scenarios are already developed, the libraries are there. The downside of that is that you can't tailor those as nicely to nursing as you wanted. They tend to be a little bit more medical-driven. Right now we're moving away from that. A lot of these big companies have started hiring NPs to be scenario writers. So, there were a couple things that we would find that, hey, we would say nursing would never do that, or nursing would do that.
