Report of Findings from the 2006 RN Post Entry-Level Practice Analysis (Vol. 29)

This study assists NCSBN in evaluating the validity of the NCLEX-RN examination. This study is the first to describe post entry-level RN practice to determine if there is a core set of RN activity statements that can be used to assess core RN competencies regardless of practice setting, specialty area and years of experience.
