NCLEX Research Opportunities

Researchers from institutions, organizations, and individuals regardless of affiliation, are encouraged to submit proposals that contribute to the continued evolution of the NCLEX.

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)

Created to encourage research that supports the continued use of the NCLEX for initial licensure and supports enhancements to the NCLEX.
Provides expert guidance and decision-making for all aspects of the NCLEX.
Comprised of NCSBN staff, staff from NCSBN's contracted test vendor (Pearson VUE) and selected external researchers who are experts in the fields of Psychometrics, Statistics, Test Development, and Psychology.
